Chili With Chicken(Low In Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground or diced chicken
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
    1 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Spray nonstick Dutch oven with cooking spray.
    Heat to medium-high.
    Add chicken, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Cook, stirring, until meat is browned.
    Add tomatoes, beans, water, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, sugar and red pepper. Stir well.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings each with 197 calories, 7 grams fat and 39 milligrams cholesterol.
