Bob'S Soon-To-Be-Famous Nonfat Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
    3 large cans crushed tomatoes
    6 cloves garlic (run through garlic press)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. ground allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 to 2 Tbsp. black pepper (depends on how spicy you like it)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    Italian parsley (optional) (not the dried or garnishing parsley)
Preparation
    Stir together in 6-quart covered heavy aluminum pan.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven for 6 hours stirring once after 1 hour.
    Leave in pan for another 3 hours.
    You could assemble the ingredients 1 hour before bedtime and set the oven to turn off six hours later.
    Don't forget to stir after 1 hour, then leave it.
