Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook meat and onion in butter until meat is brown.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat through.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
