Potato-Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. butter
4 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, bouillon cubes, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until tender. Add milk and butter.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve.
