Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
6 to 8 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line bottom with bread cubes. Cook, drain and cool sausage.
Beat eggs and milk; add ground mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir sausage into egg mixture.
Pour over bread cubes.
Top with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
If glass dish, put in cold oven and heat together.
