Sole Bonne Femme(Sole With Shallots In Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole fillets
    1/4 c. minced shallots
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley sprigs
    tomato wedges
Preparation
    In a wide frying pan, spread shallots, 1 tablespoon minced parsley and mushrooms.
    Lay fish over vegetables, overlapping edges as little as possible.
    Pour in wine.
