Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can chicken broth
    6 oz. can mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 tsp. minced dry garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Slice chicken and cut into pieces.
    Place in skillet with garlic and salt.
    Saute in oil until tender.
    Add drained mushrooms and green beans.
    Stir to mix.
    Add can of chicken broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Stir until all ingredients are mixed.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let set for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serves 6.
