Bohemien Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening, butter or oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugars and shortening together.
Blend well with shortening as for pie crust.
Take out one cup of this for topping.
To the rest, add well beaten eggs, soda and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add nuts to the cup of mix and sprinkle on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
