Stir-Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. medium shrimp
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 red or green bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    a little sesame oil
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine wine, salt, sesame oil and pepper.
    Devein shrimp; rinse and drain.
    Heat oil; stir-fry pepper and garlic until fragrant.
    Add shrimp and stir-fry briefly, then add wine mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat until shrimp change color (about 2 to 3 minutes).
    Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
