Cups Of Gold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium and 1 large potato/yam
    2 large oranges
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Wash sweet potatoes and pierce several times with fork.
    Bake in microwave/conventional oven and cook until tender.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice the end of each orange so they will set and not wobble.
    Hollow out the oranges.
    Put sweet potato mixture inside of oranges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until well heated.
