Broccoli Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli
    2 garlic cloves, sliced thin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove and discard outer leaves and cut off tough ends of stalks from broccoli.
    Split lengthwise heavy stalks over 1/2 inch thick.
    Boil 2 inches of water in saucepan and add broccoli.
    Cover pan, allowing water to form steam.
    Cook 10 to 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
    Do not overcook.
