Twinkies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 c. milk
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. oleo
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Make cake as directed on package.
Bake and cool.
In saucepan combine milk and flour.
Cook on low heat until thickened.
Cool. In medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, Crisco, oleo and vanilla. Beat with mixer until fluffy.
Add flour mixture; beat again until very fluffy.
Cut cake into layers.
Spread mixture on and put on top layer.
Let stand about 48 hours before serving.
