Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 c. green beans (No. 2 can)
    10 oz. can tomato soup
    5 medium potatoes, cooked, mashed
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil until golden.
    Add meat and seasoning. Brown.
    Add green beans and soup.
    Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Mix mashed potatoes with egg and warm milk.
    Spoon potato mounds around edges of meat and vegetable mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Quick and easy.
