Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. hamburger meat or fresh ground turkey
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and chopped onion; add salt and pepper.
    Prepare cornbread mix according to directions and add cream-style corn. Layer ingredients in greased baking dish, beginning with 1/2 cornbread/corn mixture, 1/2 meat, 1/2 grated cheese and repeat the layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned.
