Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box (8 qt. size) Carnation powdered milk
1 (1 lb.) box Nestle Quik powder
1 (6 oz.) jar Coffee-mate
5/8 c. sugar
2 x 4-inch sticks cinnamon
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1 qt. apple cider
1 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in 1 (750 ml) sweet white wine and 1/2 cup lemon juice.
Simmer 10 minutes.
