Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. Season-All
    3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. thick sliced ham
    1/2 lb. thick sliced Swiss cheese
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place a slice of Swiss cheese and ham inside of each chicken breast.
    Fold meat together and freeze.
    When meat has been frozen, dip in beaten eggs, then batter with flour that has been mixed in with Season-All.
    Deep fry until light brown.
    Do not cook until cheese comes out.
    Place chicken on a sheet pan and bake 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
