Country Fried Minute Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 to 8 beef cubed steaks
    1/2 c. bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening in 10-inch skillet.
    Dip steaks in dressing, then in flour, coating both sides.
    Pan-fry in hot shortening over medium-high heat, turning to brown both sides, about 4 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
