Chicken And Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
6 split boneless chicken breasts
4 Tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. celery, diced
3 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
Preparation

Prepare rice according to package directions.
Melt butter in large pan and slowly cook chicken in the butter.
Remove chicken. Add remaining ingredients to butter mixture to make sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.
In a large flat casserole dish put rice on bottom, then add chicken and sauce on top of rice mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Enjoy.
Serve hot.
Yields 6 servings.
