Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In a cake pan, combine all ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese, except stuffing and butter.
    Toss stuffing mix with butter. Spoon over vegetable mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
