Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread
    1 lb. ground raw turkey
    1 medium onion
    5 sprigs parsley
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Grease shallow baking pan or loaf pan.
    Directions for Cuisinart:
    Chop onion and parsley 30 seconds.
    Add bread, tarragon, chicken broth, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and egg.
    Pulse 60 seconds.
    Add turkey.
    Pulse gently just to fold in.
    Mold and shape into a loaf.
    Put in pan, dot with margarine.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over meat, add oregano and bake 20 minutes more.
    Serves 4. Can be done by hand.
    Break up bread and chop onion first.
