Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pepper
    skinless chicken (favorite pieces)
    rice
Preparation
    In a small amount of oil, brown your chicken on both sides (only takes a short time).
    Blend soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper.
    Drain oil from skillet.
    Pour all of soup mixture over chicken.
    Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Turn occasionally if needed.
    Prepare your rice (I use Success rice).
    Put chicken and gravy over rice and serve.
