Hungarian Chicken Paprikosh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, finely diced
    2 qt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3 lb. chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic or 4 cloves fresh garlic
    2 c. flour
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. milk
    3 qt. water
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and chicken until onions are translucent and chicken is lightly browned.
    Boil water in a large pot.
    After boiled, put the onions, garlic and chicken into pot.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 2 hours.
