Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank steak
    pepper
    3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
    flour
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Pepper steak and dip in flour, coating both sides.
    Place in large crock-pot.
    Add soup mix, potatoes and carrot.
    Cover all with water to rim of crock-pot. Cook, covered, on medium for 3 hours or until steak is done. Soup and flour forms a gravy.
