Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place in large greased casserole dish.
