Beef Burgundy Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. Burgundy or Claret
2 Tbsp. finely snipped candied ginger
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 green pepper, cut in pieces
Preparation

In glass bowl or shallow dish, combine all ingredients, except meat and green pepper.
Add beef.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate overnight (which is better to add flavor and tenderize the meat).
