2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
8 oz. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Brown beef with onion. Drain grease off. Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water; simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and top with Mozzarella cheese. Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy.
Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth; pour over meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cut into squares.
