Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, diced
    1 large (2 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar and salt together.
    Pour over other ingredients and marinate at least 12 hours.
    Serves 12 to 15.
