Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding in mix)
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil.
Beat 4 minutes at medium.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
Ice with cream cheese frosting.
Use remaining coconut and spread on cake.
