Ring Of Plenty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    2 c. hot milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. shredded American cheese (1/2 lb.)
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. each: minced parsley, minced onion and chopped pimiento
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased 10-inch ring molds.
    Set in pan of water (1-inch deep).
    Bake until set, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Unmold on hot platter.
    Fill center with creamed seafood, chicken or vegetable.
    Yields 8 servings.
