Cheesy Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large pkg. medium wide egg noodles
    1 lb. Wisconsin brick cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    butter
    salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Mix grated cheese, cottage cheese and beaten eggs together.
    Add salt if the cheese is not salty enough already.
    Divide into two equal portions; combine parsley with one half.
    Place half of the drained noodles in a buttered flat baking pan.
    Add the cheese with parsley, the rest of the noodles and then the remaining cheese mixture.
    Dot with butter and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until browned, approximately 40 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve.
