New Orleans Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 chicken, boned and cut up (about 2 1/2 to 3 c.)
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa
    4 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    4 c. uncooked rice
    5 c. stock or water
    2 tsp. salt
    Kitchen Bouquet or other browning sauce
    cayenne pepper or red hot sauce to taste
    2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Put pork chops in frying pan or skillet.
    Put on high heat. Go away and do not tend for at least 30 minutes.
    When you return, fan smoke detector as it should be blaring by now.
    Scrape or chisel pork chops from pan and either throw away or use as hockey pucks.
    Send out for pizza!
