Hot Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. catsup
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 dashes paprika
    4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne (optional)
Preparation
    Cook roast until tender.
    Set aside and shred.
    Brown butter and onions.
    Add garlic, celery, mustard and water.
    Cook a few minutes.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add shredded meat.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
