Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. or more flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Heat milk to lukewarm by placing cup in hot water.
    Dissolve yeast in milk.
    Mix dry ingredients; blend in Crisco, then buttermilk.
    Roll on floured board until 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with melted butter or Crisco.
    Cut and place on greased pan, then place another layer on top.
    Cover and rise 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or more.
