Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cans oysters
2 cans evaporated milk
4 c. whole milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients, including oyster stock, in large pot. Heat on medium-low until hot and margarine has melted.
Stir frequently.
Do not allow stew to boil.
Serve with oyster crackers.
