Hamburger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round (the leaner, the better)
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. smoke sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Greek seasoning
    juice of 1/2 medium orange
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    well.
    Divide
    in 4 patties.
    Flatten as you would hamburger
    patties.
    Then
    cup your hands around the patty and at the
    same
    time,
    turn in circular motion and push sides of patty inward.
    Flip
    patty
    over, cup your hands around patty and repeat the procedure.
    Pat the patty down as you go if it becomes
    too thick.
    Repeat about half a dozen times or until you have
    a
    very firm patty about 3 inches in diameter and 1 1/2-inches
    thick. Wrap
    1
    piece of bacon around each patty. Secure
    with toothpick.
    Broil
    as
    you
    would
    your favorite steak.
