Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. meal (self-rising)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 hot cherry peppers
Preparation

Mix.
Bake as you would cornbread, maybe a little longer. CORNBREAD, CORN MUFFINS, OR CORNSTICKS
