Swiss Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (12 oz.) jar chicken gravy
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pot over medium-high heat.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Add gravy, milk and broccoli; heat slowly, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese, salt and pepper.
    Heat, stirring frequently, just until cheese is melted. Serve.
    Makes about 4 cups.
