Coffee Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. brisket
    slivers of garlic and onion
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. strong black coffee
    2 c. water to cover
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut slits completely through brisket.
    Insert garlic and onion.
    Pour vinegar over the meat, working into slits. Refrigerate overnight.
