Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. presifted flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a loaf pan.
    Beat shortening and sugar until smooth and creamy.
    Add salt, eggs, bananas, sour cream and baking soda.
    Stir in flour.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
