Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 stick margarine
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Cut in margarine; add yeast and buttermilk. Stir to blend. Refrigerate overnight. Knead on floured board. Roll out thickness desired. Cut into biscuits and put in greased pan. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
