Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. venison roast (all fat removed)
    10 medium carrots, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    20 oz. green beans (frozen)
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix, divided
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided
Preparation
    Grease small roaster.
    Put in vegetables and 1/2 of each kind of soup.
    Add 1 cup water and mix together.
    Make well in center and push meat down into it.
    Top meat with remaining mushroom soup; sprinkle with rest of onion soup.
    Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
