Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine (1/2 c. in cheese mixture, 1 c. to roll ball)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Let chill for 1 hour.
Form ball and roll in remaining cup of nuts.
Make 2 to 3 days ahead of serving and keep in refrigerator.
