Salmon Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. salted peanuts
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 to 4 drops red pepper sauce
    6 (6-inch) pocket breads
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    2 c. alfalfa sprouts
    3/4 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Mix salmon, green pepper, peanuts, onions, 1/3 cup chili sauce, mustard and pepper sauce.
    Cut or tear breads crosswise into halves.
    Fill each half with about 1/4 cup lettuce and 1/4 cup salmon mixture.
    Top with alfalfa sprouts.
    Serve with chili sauce.
    Makes 6 servings.
