Pineapple Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    4 eggs (room temperature)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the sugar and Crisco together until smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Mix in flour and liquids alternately, ending with flour.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into 4 greased 9-inch cake pans.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Pour juice from can of pineapple (used in icing) over layers.
    Ice with Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting.
