Easy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton country vegetable soup (now Soup Secrets)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. bread crumbs or seasoned croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Using a large bowl, add egg, water, soup, bread crumbs or croutons, ketchup and mustard.
    Stir together, then add ground beef and mix well.
    Form into loaf.
    Bake in shallow pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
