Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs with a fork first.
    Add sugar and then oil.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Put batter into muffin papers and fill with batter.
    Top with nuts, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
    Makes 3 dozen.
