Waldensian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. Canola oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    chip of garlic
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 jar parsley
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and chip of garlic.
    Chill overnight.
    Break lettuce.
    Add 1/2 jar parsley.
    Pour vinegar mixture over lettuce and mix well.
