Inexpensive Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups flour

Preparation

Beat eggs till lemon in color.
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. With mixer running add 1 cup BOILING milk with butter.
Sift in 2 cups flour and mix well.
Pour into cake pan and bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
