Lemon And Basil Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Puritan oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation

Combine oil and next seven ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken making sure to coat both sides.
Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
Prepare charcoal for grilling or heat broiler.
Grill or broil chicken 4 inches from heat, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until completely cooked through.
Makes 4 servings.
