Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baked potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. ham cubes
    1 doz. eggs
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut up the potatoes and brown in a little oil.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute the onion and green pepper.
    Place on top of the potatoes.
    Cut up the ham.
    Place on top of previous layers. Scramble the eggs, softly; don't cook dry, leave moist.
    Place on top of ham.
    Sprinkle the cheese on top. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
